Business Developer

As a Business Developer at ReCom, your role is to support our customers in their commercial development by taking charge of their prospecting campaign.

Your tasks:

- You'll be in charge of prospecting for your customers using a multi-channel approach (telephone, email, LinkedIn) and relying on our methodology to make your prospecting effective.

- You'll manage 4 to 5 prospecting campaigns simultaneously, and aren't afraid to juggle your different hats over the week to promote your customers' product or service.

- You take part in various customer meetings to give them feedback on their prospecting campaigns and review your daily reports with them.

Profile required:  

- You must have some experience in sales prospecting

- You're not afraid to pick up the phone (around 80 calls a day are expected)

- Negative responses don't scare you, they motivate you!

- You're a real juggler, and aren't afraid to switch from one campaign to another without getting things mixed up

- You're at ease with CRM, e-mailing tools (Sales Automation, Micro-emailing) and tracking

- You're proactive in the running of your campaigns, and don't hesitate to give feedback to your Project Manager with a view to improvement

- You're in tune with the ReCom spirit: Transparency, Proximity, Demanding!

What we offer:

📝 Permanent contract (CDI).

⏰ Full-time: 35h/week (9am - 5pm).

📍Location: 49 Rue Servient, 69003 LYON.

💰 Total remuneration depending on profile: between 24K and 33K (fixed + de-capped bonuses + 100% public transport + Tickets Restaurant + Mutuelle)
