💼 Business Developer, but what else?
On a daily basis, you manage our customers' sales prospecting campaigns in collaboration with the Project Manager. - You spend 90% of your time on the operational part of prospecting, and 10% on its preparation and exchanges with the customer. - You are in direct contact with the end customer and have an immediate impact on the success of their project. - You manage 4 to 5 campaigns simultaneously. This means that over the course of the week, you'll be talking to different customers and promoting different products or services. - Your campaigns are multi-channel: you vary the pleasures between telephone, e-mailing, social networks, tracking, etc.
As you'll have understood, your missions give you versatility in terms of channels, products, sales pitches, customers, IT tools and software... We're anything but a telephone call center, and quality always takes precedence over quantity.
✏️ For more details... In order to successfully carry out commercial prospecting operations, you will rely on our methods and procedures already in place. You will go through all the following stages: - Participate in the "customer briefing" with the project manager.
- Manage the customer's sales operations independently: detecting opportunities, making contacts, presenting offers, making appointments, etc.
- Management of e-mailing tools (Sales Automation, Micro-emailing) and tracking tools (documents, websites).
- Use of social networks (LinkedIn) for canvassing operations.
- Daily reporting to the customer on work carried out and results obtained.
- Production of sales action statistics and campaign reports. What can't be ignored: canvassing! The mission's raison d'être.
Profile required
- You have a genuine sales development mindset.
- You're in tune with the ReCom spirit: autonomy, responsibility, organization & enthusiasm.
- You have a taste for human contact, dynamic structures and digital innovations.
- You're not afraid of negative responses from prospects. Negative responses from prospects don't scare you, but motivate you.
- You have a minimum of 2 years' commercial training (BTS NDRC) or 5 years' training (management school).
- A specialization in digital marketing / BtoB webmarketing would be appreciated.
- A first experience in prospecting is necessary.
