The goal of this assignment is to secure qualified meetings for the Director of the HR Strategy & Transformation Business Unit to present concrete use cases of artificial intelligence applied to HR challenges.

Prospecting is aimed at large companies (e.g., major international groups such as L'Oréal), with the aim of demonstrating how AI can be used operationally in recruitment, HRIS, and more broadly in HR processes.

Background

Our client is a consulting firm specializing in the digital transformation of HR functions. For over 30 years, its teams have been supporting mid-sized companies and large enterprises, both in France and internationally, across the entire HR value chain: from strategy definition to tool selection, through to their adoption by teams. As part of its growth strategy in France, the firm aims to strengthen its presence among large organizations by leveraging its existing client references to target companies with similar profiles.
